Different assessment tools such as postural or movement analysis may be used, as well as manual muscle testing or orthopedic testing to determine the best possible treatment. Your therapist will use different techniques such as: manual therapy and/or IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), stretching and/or flexibility techniques, kinesiology taping, corrective exercise, movement training and more.
